As a CODEPINK Intern, you will work with a member of the CODEPINK National staff in doing outreach, admin and campaign work here in NYC. There is also the potential for some travel to DC. Intern responsibilites include (but are not limited to) sending out mass emails to CODEPINK groups around the country and work with our online database, assist with events and planning, create flyers and other outreach materials, make press calls and work with CODEPINK's public relations and media work, general research around relevant issues. Of course, you'll also have an opportunity to be involved in the outrageous day-to-day fun of CODEPINK, representing us at activist events and building our local groups and assisting with other tasks as needed. We always need help thinking up creative ideas for visuals and banners at our actions and events.

As a CODEPINK intern, you will receive support and training and you will definitely have fun.

Computer skills required --- must be familiar with MS Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator (preferred), Adobe Acrobat, internet blog & video savvy a plus!
