- 12 pm: Let Them Eat Cake: Action on the Basin1500 Maine Avenue (Nearest Metro stop: Smithsonian at 12 St & Independence Ave, SW) Meet us at the Tidal Basin near the Jefferson Monument for a fun & sassy action to kick off the weekend CODEPINK style. We'll be on the water having a grand 'ole time with our good friends George W. Bush and Dick Cheney. It's a perfect opportunity to sport that pink captains hat you've been dying to wear.
- 7-9 pm: Vigil for the wounded at Walter Reed Army Medical Center 7200 Georgia Avenue, NW (corner of Elder) Our message is strong: Support the veterans, lift the veil of secrecy regarding the injured, Bring the troops home now and care for them when they get here. Join us in a peaceful, respect vigil for those inside, candles and signs provided. For more info call (202) 442-3265

- 10:30 am: Women's Convergence lead by CODEPINKGather at 14th & Pennsylvania. Join CODEPINK, NOW, Feminist Majority, Cindy Sheehan and Joan Baez and walk with us to join the mass march meeting point.
- 12:30 pm: UFPJ March steps off Ellipse Park / Constitution and 17th Street
- 3 pm: "Operation Ceasefire" Concert & Rally Washington Monument. Come enjoy this free event featuring Cindy Sheehan, Joan Baez, Steve Earl, Thievery Corporation, Bouncing Souls, La Tigre and more!
- 5-7 pm: Camp Casey Reunion Constitution Avenue between 14th & 15th streets. If you made it to Camp Casey in Crawford this summer, come reconnect with all of the amazing people that were a part of this beautiful, spirited action. (Open only to those who were at Camp Casey in Crawford.)
- 6-7 pm: Medea Benjamin speaks at the Green Festival.
S25: Sunday
- Daytime Civil Resistance skills training and Lobby Day training (keep checking back for details on time/locations)
- 4-6 pm: Stop the Next War Now panel discussion and CODEPINK gathering at the Green Festival Washington Convention Ctr. 802 Mt..Vernon Pl. NW. Will include co-founders, Medea Benjamin, Jodie Evans and Gael Murphy, as well as Cindy Sheehan, Ann Wright, Phyllis Bennis, Camilo Mejia, Adrienne Maree Brown, Diane Wilson, Rants by Rha Goddess and the women of We Got Issues, and many more.
