Tallahassee Veteran's Day Parade November 10, 2006 Tallahassee CodePINK Tallahassee, FL

	Tallahassee CodePINK, Military Families Speak Out and Vietnam Veteran's for Peace walked together in the Veteran's Parade, dowtown Tallahassee, Florida. Tallahassee CodePINK's theme this year is "Remembering Women in Wartime". Our banner has 64 women's pictures and bios who have given their life in Iraq since 2003. We were inspired by a NY Times article in September, "Jane We Hardly Knew Ye Died". This banner will hang in the Railroad Square Art Show on War and Peace through December 2006. We also passed out 150 fliers about dates and time for seeing "The Ground Truth" and 200 fliers about Joining CodePINK. To all of our vets, "Welcome Home".
